What Is My Account Number?

  • Customers
    Your Account # is a seven digit number. You can find your seven digit account number on your bill or in the email notification if you do not receive a printed bill.
  • Departmental Contacts
    Your Account # is the first part of your email address (the part before the @binghamton.edu). If you are new to managing your department's Telecommunications bill please contact Scott Geiger to have your account set up.

Telecommunications Office Closed

The Telecommunications Office is now closed in order to begin a billing system upgrade. The office will re-open at 11 a.m. Monday, November 9. During this period, online account access and online payments will be unavailable. If you have scheduled payments through QuikPAY your payments will be charged to your credit card as normal, however your Telecommunications account will not be updated with this payment until November 9. Directory search will continue to be available and will not be interrupted by this upgrade.

Emergency Alert System

Binghamton University has moved to the RAVE messaging system as its emergency email and text messaging provider. The new system will allow you to change or remove your ability to receive emergency alert notifications. All members of the campus community are encouraged to check their account.

To register go to https://www.getrave.com/login/binghamton and click the "Register Now" button. Your username is your current Binghamton University e-mail address.
